If you’re like us, you already love cats from every single adorable angle. And thanks to photographer Andrius Burba, we can fall in love with an entirely new perspective.
Many cats don’t like to have their little paws touched, so we often don’t get to see how adorable they can be. And this is what inspired Andrius:
“I was fascinated by their cute little paws which were impossible to resist to look at. But the main idea which I wanted to express through these photos, is that cats feel embarrassed about this part of a body which people don’t get to see daily.”

So, during the 2015 International Cat Show in Lithuania, he set up a special photo booth to capture some truly stunning images. Read on to see them, and don’t miss the behind the scenes video at the end.

Behind the scenes
According to Andrius, it took 7 hours to prepare to take the photos. A full day to do the photoshoot. Followed by a whopping four-weeks of post-production to get the pictures all looking beautiful. Take a look at his video from YouTube to see him in action.
