Payments Accepted
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Deposits / Pre-Payments
Because our appointments are in high demand, we require a pre-payment of expected exam costs in order to hold an appointment time. The amount of the deposit counts towards the cost of your visit and is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance.
Pet Insurance
Most pet insurance companies require that you pay for your treatments in full, and once you submit the appropriate paperwork, then they reimburse you directly.
Prescriptions & Refills
For prescription medications as well as prescription diets.
Please call us at least 24 hours before you need a prescription refill. It takes time to prepare prescriptions, especially specialty medications – and depending on the dosage, we may need to order more.
