Most pet insurance companies require that you pay for your treatments in full, and once you submit the appropriate paperwork, then they reimburse you directly.
Each pet insurance company has different requirements for reimbursement. Check with them directly to see what you'll need. We're happy to help you fill out the paperwork, or provide extra copies of your invoices.

Please call us at least 24 hours before you need a prescription refill. It takes time to prepare prescriptions, especially specialty medications – and depending on the dosage, we may need to order more.
