The Cat Hospital of Auburn staff is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of your pet. Here you will find a team of dedicated, experienced professionals who have the training and the special human-to-animal bond that drew them to this profession.

Dr. Dick Duckett, DVM
In practice for 11 years, Dr. Duckett is a graduate of Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine who joined The Cat Hospital of Auburn in 2002. He has a special interest in feline ultrasound and dentistry.
Dr. Samantha Asikainen, VMD
Dr. Asikainen is a 2000 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine who joined The Cat Hospital of Auburn in 2007. She “takes her work home,” caring for several cats, dogs and fish.
Nancy Watrous,
Office Manager
With a decade of experience, Nancy Watrous has served as practice manager at The Cat Hospital of Auburn since 2006. As you might expect, her pets are cats.
