Laser surgery (bladder stone)
Laser Surgical Unit – Laser surgery is the newest addition to the veterinarian's tool bag and allows us to perform a vast array of surgical procedures with less post operative discomfort for the patient, less bleeding during the procedure and faster recovery times.
It can be used for declaws (in most cases these cats are sent home the same day with no bandages!), tumor removal, mastectomy, ophthalmic surgery, thyroidectomy, gingival surgery and many other soft tissue procedures.
Monitoring Equipment – In addition to routine Electrocardiograms, the CHA uses Doppler (blood pressure monitors) and Pulse Oximeters (measures oxygen saturation of the blood) at each surgical station during surgeries and for many other screening examinations.
